Features

・We respond to downsizing of packages and change of sealing method in accordance with the costomers’ needs.
・We provide fine hermetic sealing parts with low thermal expansion for ceramics packages, using special materials (Clad materials, Kovar, etc.) from Neomax Materials Co., Ltd. in Hitachi-metals group, and our processing technologies such as punching, plating, laser trimming, brazing and so on.

Size : 1210 (1.2mm×1.0mm), 1612 (1.6mm×1.2mm) , 2016(2.0mm×1.6mm), etc. (We can also provide cavity-type lids.)

Applications

Hermetic sealing parts for surface-mount ceramics packages (Crystal oscillator, sensor, etc.)

(A) Structures with seal ring
- Kovar lid for seam welding process : Ni-plated lid using Kovar (Fe-Ni-Co alloy)
- Clad lid for seam welding process : Lid made of Ni/Kovar/Ni clad material
(B) Structures without seal ring　：These types realize low-profile of ceramics packages
- Lid with silver solder
