Hitachi Cable launches new corporate slogan and logo
With this year being the 50th anniversary of its foundation as an independent company, Hitachi Cable, Ltd. has taken the opportunity to devise a new corporate slogan and logo, as part of its efforts to add value to its corporate brand.
As well as using the new slogan and logo in its publications, advertisements, and catalogs, the Hitachi Cable Group will be making a united effort to meet the expectations of all its stakeholders by fulfilling the promise to them embodied in it.

Meanings embodied in the slogan
The word "empower" means "heighten (people's) capabilities," "boost," or "give power to," while "energy" and "communication" are the Hitachi Cable Group's core business domains.
In the 50 years since Hitachi Cable's incorporation, the Hitachi Cable Group has contributed to society by providing and continually striving to enhance the quality of materials, components, equipment, and services that enable faster, more reliable, and more efficient transmission of energy and communications.
