Notice of Name Change for Leadframe Manufacturing Company in the Philippines
On April 30, 2004, a 100% stake in the leadframe manufacturing company Dowa Hightech Philippines, Inc. (headquarters: Republic of the Philippines; hereinafter referred to as ?DHP?) was transferred from Dowa Mining Co., Ltd. (headquarters: Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo) to Hitachi Cable, Ltd., making DHP a member of the Hitachi Cable Group. The purpose of this News Release is to announce the change of DHP?s company name to PHCP, INC.
