Nitta Denki Added to the Hitachi Cable Group
The Hitachi Cable Group has acquired all shares of the Hitachi Cable product distributor Nitta Denki Co., Ltd., in a move to enhance the Group's off-the-shelf wires segment.
This acquisition will speed up the strengthening of Hitachi's operational base, and will also allow for improvements in customer service. In addition, it is expected to cement Nitta Denki's position as a major player in Hitachi Cable Group's off-the-shelf electric wires segment.
